Natural Zing ships orders usually within 48 hours of being placed. Please
specify if you want backordered items cancelled. We will contact you if
backordered items will take longer than one week to ship.

Are there Address Correction Charges?
UPS and other carriers charge up to $11.00 per packages for address correction fees. We expect to be reimbursed for
any fees incurred. This excludes cases where we make an address error. Please contact us ASAP if you find an incorrect address.
What do I do if my order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged?
Natural Zing is committed to providing excellent products and customer support. If your
order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged, please contact us via email or call us.
Our Returns & Refund Policy
Products can be returned UNCONDITIONALLY in resaleable condition (e.g. unopened products). Please email or call for prior
approval before returning any items. No returns accepted without prior approval.
Customer pays for return shipping. Credit will be given after the product
is returned and inspected. Our apologies, no refunds after 7 days from date
of receipt. Refunds of express or upgraded shipping or international shipping can not
be honored.
The Customer is responsible for all Customs and brokerage fees for international orders and agrees
to pay return shipping on products refused by Customs or the Customer. The Customer is responsible for
understanding all applicable Laws with regard to importing our goods and related fees. The customer can provide
specific instructions for international orders at time of order with regard to shipping method and declarations.
Shipping refunds will only be given in the case of damaged products and only up to
the cost of regular UPS Ground shipping charges. If equipment is defective or needs
repairs during the warranty period please contact the manufacturer. Equipment
returns must be in the original condition with original cartons, all manuals,
papers and accessories and must be shipped prepaid and will be subject to a
18% restocking fee.
