I'm not sure whether this tea is culinary grade (most likely) or ceremonial grade. However, it is so delicious that any matcha I've bought locally just doesn't measure up.
I've used it almost exclusively to make iced tea, though recently, I've begun drinking a matcha latte made with almond milk in the mornings, and it's a great way to start the day!
Anyway, I highly recommend this tea for any purpose; I've even used it to make raw cashew iced cream, and once put some in a batch of raw chocolate I was making.. The price is great for the quality and amount, although I've never tried Domatcha or any of those crazily expensive ceremonial teas, so I cannot compare it to those.Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!]
