Untoasted Sushi Nori (Raw), Porphyra Yezoensis - Certified Organic
This is organically grown nori certified through the OCIA International. No chemicals or artificial fertilizers were used to raise this seaweed. We regularly test for toxins, fuel oil and pesticides. The farmers are paid living wages and share in the profits.
This nori has not been heated above 105° F during its production and is suitable for use by raw and living food eaters. It contains many minerals including Calcium, Iron, Vitamin A and C. Use Nori to make raw veggie "mock" sushi or veggie rolls - or invent your own filling for this low-fat, nutrient-dense food wrap. It can be crumbled to season salads or other delights.
