Tolerant Red Lentil Mini Fettuccine are a good starting point for many delicious meals. The red lentils used to make this pasta are organically grown from certified farms creating a unique taste with high protein and fiber. Only one ingredient, red lentils. Can be prepared the traditional way or raw by soaking.
To prepare pasta: Use 1.5 gallons of water per 12 oz. Once the water boils, add the Organic Red Lentil Mini Fettuccine. Stir from time to time. Cooking time between 8-10 minutes. When cooked, drain and season as you please. It can also be prepared the Raw way by soaking the product for up to 2 hours in lukewarm water.
