We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service. Natural Zing reserves the right to refuse any order, for any reason. Printed policies located at the Natural Zing company headquarters always preside over website and are available by request.

Special Orders are always welcome. Call us and tell us what you need. We can get many items in bulk, you can special order Angstrom Minerals, certain herbs and equipment.

International Orders(outside US and Canada) - First order must be paid by check, electronic check or money order. A $6.00 handling fee will apply to each order($3.00 Canada). Refunds of express or upgraded shipping or international shipping can not be honored. The Customer is responsible for all Customs and brokerage fees for international orders and agrees to pay return shipping on products refused by Customs or the Customer. The Customer is responsible for understanding all applicable Laws with regard to importing our goods and related fees. The customer can provide specific instructions for international orders at time of order with regard to shipping method and declarations.

Credit card orders are welcome after initial international order. For shipping quotes please send all contact and address information. You may also use the UPS (www.ups.com) or USPS (www.usps.com) websites. We will ship however you desire.
